This in-person class will take place at a peaceful and serene setting in the heart of Downtown Madison, perfect for finding your balance and inner peace.Join Kari for a calming style of yoga where you hold a posture anywhere from 3-5 minutes, connecting deeper with the tissues and fascia rather than the muscles for a more mindful relaxation, melting the stress away.
* Our group classes are open to anyone looking to move their body, de-stress, and embrace their divine feminine energy. *
All levels and abilities are welcome as modifications are available to fit your comfort level. Ether Wellness is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access) and participants will need to be able to get up and down off the floor during class. Chairs or walls may be used for balance assistance.
Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Pilates balls, bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, and yoga straps are provided.
