3-Day Immersion | Friday–Sunday
Join us for a deep dive into the art and wisdom of Yin Yoga. In this 3-day workshop, we’ll explore the foundational principles that make this practice a powerful complement to more dynamic forms of yoga and modern life.
Each day will include a blend of theory, embodied practice, and hands-on learning. We’ll cover:
• The philosophy and energetic theory behind Yin Yoga
• The functional approach to teaching and practicing Yin
• Anatomy-informed variations and modifications
• How to skillfully hold space and guide students through long-held postures
• The role of stillness, breath, and surrender in transformation
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers, dedicated students, and anyone interested in understanding Yin Yoga more deeply—from both a personal and teaching perspective.
Whether you’re new to Yin or looking to enrich your teaching toolkit, this weekend will leave you grounded, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to share the practice with clarity and confidence.
