It will increase your knowledge of anatomy to create more postural awareness, and includes a yin yoga practice designed for the upper body.The 90-minute workshop includes:
-Discussion about the anatomy of the upper body and the connective tissue, fascia and the role it plays in postural tension.
-Yin yoga session with poses for the upper body. Perfect for anyone that works at a desk.
-A resource guide with great tips and practices to combat chronic postural tension and pain.
-Limited to 3 participants.
Students should bring:
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Journal and pen
Water
