Let Bec guide you into a deep state of rest with visualisations and gentle stories until you find yourself in the deepest, most satisfying state of peace imaginable.
Please avoid any caffeine aside from early morning on the day you attend to get the most benefit. It is very difficult to get into a deep parasympathetic state and enjoy stillness when you have consumed stimulants.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can settle into the space, as late arrivals disturb the peace of the people who have come, especially for time to access deep rest.
All props are provided; just bring two towels to drape over the provided props and pack a water bottle.
