Alongside the Yin Yoga practice focused on the nervous system, relaxation, and sleep quality, this cycle helps you feel grounded, supported, and connected — especially valuable when living abroad or starting fresh in a new city. 🌏

About the host
I’m Aga, a yoga teacher with over 4 years of international experience, specializing in Yin and Hatha Yoga. I teach small, supportive groups and private clients, focusing on body awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
Having lived and taught across Europe, Africa, and Asia, I know what it’s like to start fresh in a new place — being the new person in a foreign city. Now that I’m new in Warsaw, I want to create a warm, grounded space where expats can connect, relax, and recharge.
Practical details:
🗓 Every Friday, 5:30 - 6:30 PM (doors open at 5:15 PM)

🕯 No previous Yin Yoga experience needed
Tips: Wear warm, comfortable clothes - the practice is slow and meditative. Optional: bring a small blanket and eye mask for extra comfort.

💰 480 PLN - full 8-week cycle (8 sessions)
💰 80 PLN - single session
After class, you’re welcome to stay, have tea or snacks, and connect with others - this is as much about community and support as it is about yoga.
