Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, this class is open to all levels. No prior experience is required. floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.Yin yoga delves into the profound connective tissues within your body encompassing ligaments, joints, bones, and the intricate web of deep fascia. The essence of a classic Yin session involves a sequence of tranquil postures inviting sustenance for durations ranging from 3 – 5 minutes. This method primarily nurtures the lower extremities – hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and the lumbar region. By enhancing the flow of "chi," this regimen not only bestows physical advantages but also extends its embrace to mental and emotional well-being. A spectrum of pathways to approach each pose will be presented, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Modifications will be provided, and there will be time to release poses early if you find it uncomfortable to stay in each pose for a full 5 minutes.
