Come comfy! Yin yoga, a slower more intentional form of movement, utilizes mostly floor poses to get deeper into stretches. Our focus in August will be for deeper connection with ourselves when we're deep in dissociating or numb. After our usual Yin Class we will be hosting in Ellen Nicole from @thebarefootmystic to offer a Sound Bath experience!
