About this Event
This special Yin yoga class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Through long-held postures and mindful breathwork, you’ll move through a full-body sequence that promotes relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than the muscles. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to gradually open and release stored tension.
Unlike Flow, Yin emphasizes stillness, surrender, and inner awareness. It supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance while calming the nervous system and cultivating mindfulness.
