Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice designed to bring balance to our busy modern lives. Through long-held, floor-based poses, we gently target the deeper layers of the body — fascia, joints, and connective tissues — inviting stillness, patience, and release. Each pose becomes a meditation, an opportunity to soften into sensation and allow the body to unwind at its own pace.
This class offers a space to:

Each session is 60 minutes of slowness and softness, held in a calm, candle-lit environment at Koko Studio — a beautiful wellness space in the heart of Glasgow.
You’ll be guided gently through the practice with attention to alignment, comfort, and introspection. Beginners are warmly welcome; no experience is needed.
All you need is your beautiful self in comfortable clothes. Mats and props (blocks and blankets) are provided
