Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra with Wilma Hetemaj This calming 90-minute practice combines the slow practice of Yin yoga and a relaxation practice called Yoga nidra.
The long holds of Yin yoga gently lengthens the body's connective tissues allowing them to rejuvenate. When we pause into the moment we shift from constant rush into a more clear and present state of being.
Yin is the opposite of yang and especially needed in our modern, hectic world. After the asana practice we enjoy the Yoga nidra part.
This relaxation practice, called the "yogic sleep" can improve the quality of sleep, reduce stress and increase clarity and focus to mention a few.

Wilma Hetemaj is a Finnish yoga teacher with more than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga. To Wilma, yoga is a practice that happens not just on the mat but in her daily life. Yoga is a map that helps in navigating through life's phases while staying present in it. To Wilma, both yin and yang are seen in her teachings and in her own practice - one exists only with the other. In her classes Wilma offers a safe space where you can be exactly as you are.
