Yoga and myth are inextricably linked. Myths have been handed down to keep sacred knowledge alive and to create community through shared experience. One of those myths is about Saraswati, the Goddess of learning, music, art, and wisdom.
Join us for a relaxing evening of yin yoga and ancient yoga storytelling where we will bring the story of Saraswati to life as you immerse in a grounding practice of stillness. Yin yoga consists of floor-based postures and is accessible to everyone. Beginners are welcome!
We have blankets and bolsters for you to use as you settle in for this evening of listening and receiving.
