Join us for a deeply nourishing 2-hour journey that weaves together the stillness of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, and rain sticks.In this slow, meditative practice, we'll move through a series of long-held, floor-based poses designed to gently release tension in the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest. As you soften into each shape, you'll be immersed in a live soundscape carefully curated to support your body's natural healing process.
The frequencies of the crystal bowls and gong will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind and drop you into a state of inner stillness. The rhythm of the drum, soft chimes, and the gentle whisper of rain sticks will guide your awareness inward, encouraging a sense of grounded presence and emotional release.
This practice is open to all levels—no prior experience with yoga or sound healing is needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored.
