So excited to announce my collab with the beautiful Georgia, @osher.wellness to offer a blissful combination of Yin yoga & sound healing with meditation.

🌙Georgia, @osher.wellness will be guiding you through a deep meditation using tranquil sound, vibration and frequency.

🌙Whilst Nia, @niafrancis_mindfulyoga guides you through a restful Yin practice.

🪷Sound baths are simply a beautiful therapeutic way to allow yourself to achieve a meditative state, find inner peace and fully relax your nervous system through a journey of beautiful sounds and vibrations produced by a collection of Quarts, gemstone alchemy Crystal bowls alongside other healing instruments and chimes

Please come hydrated and on a light stomach & wearing comfortable clothing.

Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided.

Feel free to bring anything to make yourself more comfortable pillow, blankets, eye mask, water…bolster if you have one.
