A blissful 90 minute session of deep relaxation and healing led by Abbey and Clare.
The first half will be a gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation for deep relaxation). This prepares the body and mind to completely unwind ready for the sound bath.
The second half you will be taken on a ‘journey of sounds’ led by Clare supporting you mentally physically and spiritually. A magical voyage of Crystal bowls Koshi Chimes Gong Shamanic drum and more - helping to bring calm and tranquility. All infused with Reiki.
