Lots of you have been asking when...so here goes, join me for 75 minutes of deep relaxation designed to help you slow down, settle the mind and re-energize. Bring your hot flask of tea, and I will provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows & hot water bottles. This class will be a restful practice to allow time to indulge into the quality of stretches and observe the effects of on the body & mind.
There are plenty of moments to pause and find stillness, to shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being, to give the mind time to reflect & become less active and allow for the heart to be heard again.
It also helps to move blocked energy in the body assisting with emotional, mental, and physical health.
Price is £12 to be paid in advance as spaces are limited.
