Join Anna O'Keeffe and Davee Gadban for this deeply restorative and healing experience that will soothe your nervous system and bring about balance to your whole being. 🌟🧘✨
In this deeply nurturing experience, Davee will guide a sequence of postures that allow the body to release undigested emotions and blocked energies via the meridian system, and deep within the fascia, where the body is known to hold stress and tension.
Anna will move around the room giving (optional) hands on Reiki, primarily focusing on the head and back body. Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that is deeply restorative and engages the body's parasympathetic response (rest and digest), gently reminding your body how to return to balance. 🙌⚖️☺️
The session will end with a Yoga nidra, tailored uniquely for this experience. Yoga nidra, invites you to journey through the layers of your subconscious and allows you to drop into a deep state of relaxation 😌🪷✨
