Yin yoga for slowing down, for checking in, for being with what you notice.
Lymph drainage for cleansing, rejuvenation, cycling out what no longer serves and letting in what does.
In this class you'll learn how to offer yourself lymph drainage and, if you choose, receive hands on lymph drainage from Natalie while you practice yin poses. Both practices are great tools to have especially now that we're in cold and flu + holiday + winter season. <3
This class is open to new and experienced yogis of all ability levels. All parts of this practice are optional.

About Natalie: Natalie has been holding space for holistic wellness and growth for over 15 years. Whether through guided yoga, grounded energetic/emotional practices, or liberating dance she’s found that our truest wealth and deepest affirmations of who we are can come through connection to our bodies and our inner wisdom. Her most recent learning is in bodywork and pelv ic wellness and she loves incorporating this into what she shares.
