Think Yin Yoga lead by Leah with Hygge vibes in a low lit room and sound bowls as back ground music with Zoey. Come dressed in comfy, warm things, bring your favourite pillow/cushion and blankets. Everything else will be provided, along with a warm drink at the end of the session. Numbers will be limited to 10 unless you have all your own props.
