If your seeking some time for yourself, time to de-stress, to press pause on the busyness of life then this event is just perfect for you.
You will be welcomed by me in a warm, cosy, candle lit space, with the stunning backdrop of the green rolling hills of the gorgeous Cornish countryside. Instantly your nervous system will relax as the ‘let go’ begins and you begin to receive all of the goodness.
This is an all levels gentle, nourishing and deep healing, yin yoga class combined with sound healing. We'll also do some gentle breathwork to really ground us into our bodies and the beautiful space. This practice allows you to slow down, turn inwards, helping alleviate stress and restore balance in your body, mind and spirit. Soften and unhook from the week, let go of your worries and stresses and come receive the magic of the practice .
During the yin yoga I’ll play some Tibetan bowls and tuning forks where you will feel and absorb there powerful healing vibrations as you breathe and relax deeper. After the yin yoga I’ll take you through a soothing sound immersion, with chakra tuned Crystal singing bowls , Tibetan bowls , a symphonic gong, kochi chimes, an ocean drum and rain stick, along with some other ancient healing sound instruments.
~ The frequency of these sounds will bring your brain waves into alpha and theta. This is the state we enter just before sleep or when in deep meditation. Here we heal and rejuvenate on a cellular level.
This divine experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and help to aid a restful nights sleep, preparing you for a beautiful week ahead, feeling grounded and calm.

I’ll be offering some delicious warming herbal yogi tea after with some plant based chocolate for you to further absorb your experience and an opportunity to connect with like minded people. There will be an opportunity to draw an oracle card then to, if you feel called to.
~Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Think cosy. You want to be as comfortable and warm as you can. I highly recommend bringing a pillow, and an eye mask and warm socks. There are yoga mats, bolsters/blocks/blankets provided but if you’d rather bring your own then that’s perfect too. Or perhaps you’d like to bring a sleeping bag, so you can really sink in and relax deeper. We’re going to get cosy and nurtured by the soothing healing sounds.
~ This event is not suitable for pregnant woman in their 1st trimester or anyone with a pacemaker or epilepsy. If you have any other health concerns like recent metal implants, or sound sensitive conditions please seek medical advice first.
Bolsters, blankets, candlelight, beautiful natural aromas, and healing sounds will all combine to help the body and mind release and let go of any stress or tension.
