During Yin yoga you will follow a slow-paced practice that involves holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes. By helping the body's energy flow, yin yoga helps create a balance between the body, mind, and soul. Sound bath is a meditative experience that uses sound waves to promote relaxation and mindfulness. During a sound bath, participants are immersed in the sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and rattles, which are played to encourage the mind to relax and the body to release tension.
