A introspective evening of yin yoga followed by a guided meditation.Yin Yoga is a gentle path of yoga that emphasises long held stretches to allow the body the time it needs to sink in.
In yin yoga we learn to accept the present moment as it is, letting go of resistance. We allow our bodies and ourselves to just be.
After the yoga practice we will transition into a longer guided meditation that might open thoughts to sekf reflection and how the things brought up relate to our personal lives. You are encouraged to bring your journal to write down any insights, questions, ideas.
Please bring your yoga gear ( mat, bolster or pillow, blanket or 2)
