Join Alicia Shreiner Sunday’s at 7 pm for a slow paced yin and meditation practice.🧘♀️ Yin Yoga emphasizes long-held passive poses to target your deep connective tissues.
Alicia Shreiner will take you into the poses holding for 5 to 7 minutes and bring you out with an active rest and meditation with sound between each pose. Yin is practiced primarily on the floor in seated or reclined poses. Props can be used to assist in the practice.
Yen is wonderful for balancing the body and mind.
