Yin yoga is a calm and relaxing type of yoga where you give yourself time to "just be". We let go of all performance, expectation or the impulse to "do" something and practice being in the moment and to feel the body. We stay in each posture for 3-5 minutes: in this way, the connective tissue/fascia that holds all the body's organs and muscles together is stimulated and stretched.Yin yoga is a good complement to other physical activity such as running or more dynamic yoga styles, and is particularly suitable if you feel stiff. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!
Time: Thursdays at 17:30 – 18:45 starting on 18/9-2025 a total of 10 sessions (with a break during the autumn holidays)
Price: 1550 SEK (existing members can use their membership/clip card to attend the course or drop-in, but prior registration via Medborgarskolan is required)
