BRAND NEW Friday Eve Yoga Class from Frances of Elevate Yoga Scotland. Having taught for 8 years across Scotland, I've recently moved back to Ayrshire and have been offering Yin Yoga events across Ayrshire and outdoor Yoga In The Park sessions at Dean Park. I am over the moon to offer this weekly class in Prestwick and hope to be able to offer something a little different to existing Yoga lovers or offer a unique introduction to both traditional Hatha yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine based Yin Yoga - the Yin and the Yang ☯️ ♥️ A Fusion of Yin and Yang Yoga, this gentle end of week class will offer warming Hatha Yoga to warm up the body and strengthen and tone muscles then end with releasing and relaxing joint based Yin Yoga to boost relaxation, flexibility and deep calm.
Available to book NOW as a trial flexi class pass, a Bring a Friend or Loved One pass or a discounted 4 Week Block Booking.
Drop-ins will be available initially and in time subject to availability.
