This feature aims to call to your heart and create an opening for emotional, physical and spiritual release. To guide you patiently to soft energy, to relax you fully into comfort. Body, mind and soul soothing. You will hold long & gentle yin poses, while enjoying a perfect mix of; sound bath, reiki and hands on touch.
For everyone! No yoga or reiki experience necessary;) Bring your mat, pillow or bolster and dress cozy! It will be a nice and warm room with candlelight. Michelle & Kelsey can’t wait to greet you 🫶🏼
