Through long-held, floor-based poses paired with mindful breathwork, you’ll open your fascia, release tension, and invite spaciousness into both body and mind.

About the facilitator
Jennifer is a breathwork facilitator and new yin yoga teacher, guiding others into softness, presence, and embodied clarity. As a student of Human Design, she blends intuition with energy awareness to create grounded, heart-led spaces for transformation. Seven years in the Florida Keys have shaped her practice with the island’s quiet rhythm—slow, spacious, and deeply connected to nature.
