Join me every Wednesday at 7:30pm for 75' mins of Bliss & Reset in Blackrock Village - Yin Yoga, 1:1 on Body Sound Healing, Sound Bath, Meditation, 1:1 on Body Reiki.
A mid-week practice to help you reset, to soothe your nervous system, to restore the body physically and energetically.
This class is great for:
-Beginners
-Pregnancy
- Recovering from an injury
-Curious about sound healing and energy work
- In need of a reset and relaxation

At arrival you will see a brown building in between houses and a mobile shop, please ring the bell where it says "Ellen" and only arrive 10 minutes before start time as I will not be able to open doors before that.
