Kathryn Bojchuk and Lindsay Molleo will be guiding you through a 60 minute Yin + Sound Bath Journey. Yin Yoga is slow-moving with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility and hydrate fascial webs. Class will be sealed with a deeply relaxing sound bath which creates an immersive sound that fills the room, gently bringing you to a meditative state. Please bring a yoga mat, water and optional pillow. Comfortable attire is recommended.
