It’s time for some delicious yoga ‘me-time’! Come along and join Fei for this 2 hour alignment-based YIN restorative yoga workshop, themed around the energy of winter, and get know your body and mind in a new way.
While Restorative Yoga focuses on restoring bodies with particular ailments, Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues to activate change.
Restorative yoga helps an unhealthy body, or an injured body, restore itself back to the best it can be. Therefore, if you have had a recent injury or have been unwell, this practice is for you.
Last half hour You will then be guided into Yoga Nidra, a conscious relaxation. We will finish with a blissful sound bathing experience.Finish the workshop feeling grounded and relaxed.
All levels are welcome, from beginner to expert. Please bring your own mat and blanket and any other yoga equipment you like to use. Complementary tea will be available.
