Its designed to help you rest, release, and calm each one of your nerves from the week. I find this to be one of the best ways to calm myself before the start of a work week or when I am feeling overwhelmed and need to just slow down. Best thing is you are relaxed on the floor with props to support you the whole time.
Cant get up from the ground, thats fine I got an extra hand. Postures are held gently between 3-7 minutes, to reach the deep connective tissues, supporting joint mobility and nourishing the fascia. Helps calm the nervous system (all the nerves) and guide the body into its parasympathetic state, where true healing, can start to renew.
