Feeling burned out? This workshop series will support you to restore your nervous systemwith a little help from a gentle yoga practice and craniosacral hands-on assists.
The combination of Yin and Craniosacral assists creates a safe haven for your nervous system to unwind from the stressors of this crazy world. Our aim is that you leave feeling recharged, and able to face the challenges of your life with greater resilience. You'll be guided through a series of yin and restorative yoga poses, which provide the perfect environment to receive gentle hands-on bodywork.
Your craniosacral system is the home of your central nervous system. Craniosacral work is a light-touch method that brings the body back to balance with contact to the skull, sacrum, and spine. Yin Yoga affects the fascia and joints of the body, which are the pathway for your chi, or energy. Through a series of gently held and supported poses, we can encourage the energy toward balance and flow, leaving you feeling rested and recharged.
Kari is a yoga teacher with a love for the slow, still, quiet practices and is known for her steady guidance and calming voice. Catharine has over 20 years of experience giving and teaching craniosacral therapy and is a lifelong yoga practitioner. Kari and Catharine are passionate about bringing tools for peace and calm to their communities.
