Join us for a 2-hr event including Yin Yoga, hands-on massage, acupuncture, + an immersive sound bath.This class encourages your body to find balance, calm your nervous system through the synergistic modalities of Yin Yoga + Acupuncture. Both of these work through the meridian system to facilitate the natural healing process of your body.

Acupuncture provided by Dr. Julia King, AP, MSOM, DOM is a board certified Acupuncturist in the state of Florida.
Your class will be sealed with a crystal bowl sound bath, played by Brittany.
