Drop into a deep, therapeutic Yin practice infused with meditation, breath-work, ancient traditional Chinese medicine theory, self applied acupressure, deep breaths, & slow transitions. Gentle, restorative, medicinal acupuncture points will be provided while in a deep, long savasana.

This workshop is guided by certified Yoga instructor and Registered Acupuncturist Kailie Woods. Workshop can be submitted to those with extended health benefits. Please wear: loose fitting clothing and socks. Please bring a journal and an eye mask if you find it supportive to a restful experience.
