Join us for this two hour workshop where Masha will guide you through a slowed-down Yin Yoga practice. By holding poses for 2-8 minutes, time and gravity will allow you to deepen your stretch. We will end with an extra long savasana where Alex will use acupuncture points to complement the yoga practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body and promote deep relaxation.You will leave this workshop feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world! The room will be cozy warm but not hot.
We will begin with a short meditation to calm the nervous system, flow through a yin yoga sequence and the last 30 minutes will be a peaceful savasana with 3-6 pins.
No experience is necessary- all are welcome! $50.
