Ready to find a deeper sense of peace and connection? Our Yin Nidra class offers a wonderfully unique journey to unite your Body, Mind, and Spirit.
What to Expect -
This powerful 90-minute practice begins with a 75-minute Yin sequence designed to gently soften, lengthen, and strengthen your whole being. We'll then transition into 15 minutes of grounding and community share, allowing you to reflect and connect with yourself and others.
Discover Yogic Sleep -
The heart of this experience is Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep." This guided meditation gently leads you to a profound state between waking and sleeping. Here, you'll explore the four "bodies of self" through a systematic journey of yogic sleep and even lucid dreaming. Imagine sensing a pure wholeness as you simply surrender, rest, and heal. It's often said that just 30 minutes of Nidra can feel as restorative as 2-4 hours of sleep!
Important Details for Your First Class -
To ensure a serene and uninterrupted experience for everyone, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to get settled in a quiet space and set your intention for the practice. Just a friendly reminder, we aren't able to permit entry once class begins. If this is your first time joining us at our wellness studio, you'll also sign a quick waiver.
