The experience will feature:
- An introductory Yin Yoga session (slow stretching in a mostly supine position) on a carefully matched Black Sheep Mattress (no yoga mat required).
- A fully guided Sound Bath led by our partner Sacred Air designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration all atop your Black Sheep Mattress.
- To close the evening on a sweet note tea and curated takeaway treats for you to enjoy.
