Yindulge Workshop - Yin Yoga + Meditation
During this 90-minute workshop, we will indulge in yin poses that promote the flow of energy in our bodies while focusing on the fascia and other connective tissues. Poses are held anywhere from 2-7 minutes.
The class will include mediation and healing assists.
Candles, starlit room, palo santo, supportive props and blankets.
