In this deeply relaxing workshop with Susan Farrell, we practice Yin poses, releasing tension and tightness in the body and calming the nervous system. Staying in the poses for 3 to 5 minutes, targeting all the soft tissues around the joints, as we circumnavigate the torso front, back and sides.This is followed by a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). As we do this, we immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of the Sound Bath.
In Sound Bath, we use the power of sound and vibrations to bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of well-being to your mind, body, and spirit.
