Yin Guided Meditation with Kate
Come join us for a relaxing yin guided meditation session with Kate! This in-person event will take place at 871 Court St in Auburn, Maine Let Kate guide you through a peaceful journey of mindfulness and relaxation. Take this opportunity to unwind and find your inner peace. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. See you there!
*Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.
*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.
*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.
*Students must sign the waiver form before the start of class. This waiver form will be delivered to your email or given to you personally for an in person class.
