Join Deborah at the studio for a special 2 hour Yin workshop focusing on deep release. Yin consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.Yin focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissues of the body and around the joints.
In this special 2 hour workshop, Deborah will lead you through a gentle warm up first, breath work, and guide you through a practice to help release tension held in the body.
Yin yoga can improve range of motion, improve circulation, as well as reduce stress and anxiety, and even improve problems with sleep.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Feel free to dress in layers.
