Shrug off the sluggishness of winter and plant the seeds for spring with this yin, slow flow and reiki workshop with Krissy Matthew and Carrie Havranek.
Get close to the deep consciousness of the earth with some yin and wake up the self with a super-slow-flow with Krissy, while your practice is gently infused with universal energy of reiki from Carrie.
You'll plant some seeds and set some intentions for the new season as we emerge forth rested, renewed, and refocused.
Pandemic permitting, the workshop will include tea, a healthy, grounding snack, and other treats from Carrie TBD afterward.
