This gentle class blends the long, supported stretches of Yin Yoga with calming meditation to quiet the mind and restore the body. You’ll sink into poses that release tension in the deepest layers of the muscles and fascia, inviting space, softness, and stillness. Guided breathwork and meditation help you release old emotional tension, nurture your inner child, and reconnect with your sense of joy and self-compassion.
Yoga is lovingly taught by Amber, and the meditation is guided by Cody.
This class is truly for everyone — if you can breathe, you can do this.
Whether you’re here to unwind after a long day, support your healing journey, or gently reconnect with your inner child, Yin & Zen offers a sanctuary for your body, mind, and spirit.
