Join Justina each month for Yin & Yoga Nidra. Each month we'll enjoy a luxurious themed yin practice followed by a complete 8-stage Yoga Nidra Meditation to help you flow with ease through the seasons.

Cost: $25 for a single session or $90 for all 4
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:
Justina Gooden-Helton is RYT500, E-RYT 200 and YACEP. She holds certifications in Yin, Yoga Nidra, and the Functional Approach to Yoga practice. She is certified in Baptiste Power Yoga with over 300 hours of training in Power Vinyasa.
