Unwind deeply in this calming 90-minute class that blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the profound rest of Yoga Nidra.The first half of class will guide you through slow, grounding movement and long-held Yin poses designed to gently stretch the connective tissues, release tension, and create space in the body. With a focus on breath and mindfulness, you’ll ease into a state of physical and mental stillness.
Following the Yin practice, you’ll be guided through pranayama (breathwork) to further calm the nervous system before settling into Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep"—a guided meditation practice that invites deep rest, healing, and inner awareness.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, and a deeper mind-body connection. No experience necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to slow down, release, and restore.
* This is class is extended from our normal 60 minute class to a 90 minute class for extra time to wind down and relax.
