January invites us inward. It is a time to soften, to listen, and to gently reset after the movement of the holidays. Yin & Sound Journey with Ophelia is a sacred space to slow down, release stored tension, and allow your body and nervous system to fully exhale.
This experience weaves long-held, supported yin postures with an immersive sound journey designed to calm the mind and restore energetic balance. As the body relaxes, sound frequencies move through the layers of tension, inviting deep rest, emotional release, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
No experience is needed. Come as you are. This experience is about receiving, not doing. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, ground your energy, and begin the new year feeling supported and centered.
Space is limited. Arrive early to settle in and create your sanctuary for the evening.
