This Yin & Sound Journey is a nourishing space to slow down, release stored tension, and allow your body and nervous system to fully exhale. Long-held, fully supported yin postures are woven together with an immersive sound journey, guiding you into deep rest and energetic balance.
As the body relaxes, healing sound frequencies move through layers of tension, supporting emotional release, calming the mind, and creating a sense of inner spaciousness and peace.
