Move through a gentle series of Yin Yoga Sequences holding anywhere from 3-5 minutes on each side. This gentle yet active practice allows time and space for the bodily connective tissues to unwind and fully relax, ending with rhythmic frequencies that are a potent form of sound therapy, encouraging emotional release and mental clarity.
