About this Event
If you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply need a moment to reconnect with yourself, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge. We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice to release tension and create space in the body, followed by a deeply restorative Sound Bath to soothe your nervous system and bring a sense of inner peace.
🕰 Duration: 75 minutes (30 min Gentle Yin Yoga + 40 min Sound Bath)
