Join us for a Yin & Pin workshop-- a combination of yin yoga and Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In this workshop participants will tap into their energetic meridians to release stress and support their nervous system. This workshop is part experiential and part educational. Participants will have the option to experience acupuncture needling if they desire along the outer ear (stress relief points) while laying in supported yin yoga postures.
We will dive into the Five-Element system of Chinese medicine and its benefits of Qi (life force energy) stimulation and how it intersects with Yin Yoga. Experience seasonally relevant Yin Yoga postures with the benefits of Chinese Medicine in this luxuriously relaxing workshop!
This workshop is led by Alex McCown, yin yoga teacher at Forever Wild Yoga, and Jennifer Nuncio, Acupuncturist, and founder of Qi Cottage Acupuncture and Well-Being Services, LLC.
