Join us for an evening of deep restoration as we weave together two ancient healing practices—yin yoga and acupuncture—in a modern, gentle, and seasonally-aligned experience.
**Yin & Pin is a 90-minute journey followed by 15 minutes of community connection, intentionally designed to help your body soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm. You’ll be invited to choose your flow: **Option 1: (half the class) ✨ Begin with a calming acupuncture session ✨ Then melt into a nourishing yin yoga practice **Option 2: (half the class) ✨ Move through your yin postures first ✨ Then settle into your acupuncture session for integration and rest Either path will guide you into the quietude of Yin— *listening, receiving, softening, and allowing your body to return to its own innate ability to heal. This experience nourishes body, mind, and spirit, offering a taste of what becomes possible when Qi (energy) is gently refreshed and the nervous system is allowed to settle. You’ll leave feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed. We begin this series in the season of winter, the Water element in Chinese Medicine—a time of deep reflection, sacred pause, stillness, and hidden power. Like a river carving through granite, winter teaches us the potency of surrender, trust, and flow. Your guides: 🧘♀️ *Joy will lead the yin yoga practice with beloved warmth and presence. 🪷 *Jessica Davies, licensed acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience, will offer especially gentle, nourishing acupuncture designed for all bodies—even those new to the practice.
